Design a front porch and use container plantings to signal the front door.
Create a contemporary railing enclosure to define the family entrance.
Create a large raised porch to accommodate seating so the view can be enjoyed.
Restack the boulder wall to level the southwest corner of the property and level the top of the retaining wall. Create a drought tolerant full sun planting plan.
Design a driveway with an adjoining pedestrian walkway in a different surface material to guide the way to the front door. Build a retaining wall to accommodate more room for a basketball hoop and to stop erosion.
Design an outdoor cooking area with a built-in bench for extra seating.
Create a separate space for the lounge firepit patio by using porcelain pavers to define the space.
